Cancellation Policy


This Cancellation Policy applies to all web development services provided by SDGM Technologies and governs the terms and conditions related to the cancellation of any such services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

Cancellation by the Client

1.1. You, as the client, have the right to cancel your web development project at any time. However, you may be subject to certain cancellation fees and conditions as outlined below:
1.2. Cancellation Fees: Depending on the stage of the project and the work completed, the following cancellation fees may apply:
a. If the cancellation occurs within 3 days of project initiation and no significant work has been done, no cancellation fee will apply, and any advance payment will be fully refunded.
b. If the cancellation occurs after 3 days of project initiation or after significant work has been completed, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total project cost will be charged, and any advance payment will be adjusted accordingly.
c. If the cancellation occurs after project completion and delivery, no refund will be provided.
1.3. Communication of Cancellation: To initiate a cancellation, you must provide written notice to the Company via email or certified mail. The effective date of cancellation will be the date on which the Company receives this notice.
1.4. Payment of Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees, if applicable, must be paid within 3 days of the cancellation notice.

Cancellation by the Company

2.1. The Company reserves the right to cancel a web development project at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
a. Non-payment by the client.
b. Violation of our terms and conditions.
c. Failure to provide necessary materials or information required for project completion.
2.2. In the event that the Company cancels a project, any advance payment made by the client will be refunded in full within 3 days of cancellation.

Refunds

3.1. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the same method used for the original payment. The client is responsible for any associated fees or charges.
3.2. If the cancellation fee exceeds the advance payment made by the client, the client shall pay the outstanding balance to the Company within 3 days of cancellation.

Changes to the Policy

The Company reserves the right to revise and update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and the revised Policy will apply to all new projects initiated after the effective date of the changes.
